Given the recent developments related to COVID-19 in Jordan, and the recent official lockdown of our beloved country, TotalEnergies Jordan has put in place a set of measures in order to ensure the health and safety of our employees, partners and clients.

As a key energy provider and supplier of fuels in Jordan, TotalEnergies is committed to continue serving our customers and partners during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as part of our social responsibility towards the country, we assure you that we are committed to ensuring the continuity of our services in Jordan, as decided by the government.

In response to the current COVID-19 local situation, we assure you of the following:

Protecting Our People:

TotalEnergies top priority is to assure the safety of our people throughout our operations and services, including those in our stations and offices, as well as our industry partners and the entire supply chain. 

Protecting and Serving Our Clients: 

TotalEnergies is committed to better energy, and this commitment is the basis for our response plans in light of the current COVID-19 situation. We maintain our unwavering commitment to serving our clients in these difficult times. Therefore, in view of the latest local developments and the local implementation of Defense Orders for the year 2020 issued by the Prime Minister, we committed to operate our stations as instructed by the governement in all of our operations. 

• Diesel delivery will continue as usual and according to the local implementation of Defense Orders for the year 2020 issued by the Prime Minister.
• Fuel delivery to stations will continue to maintain adequate levels of fuel supplies and according to the local implementation of Defense Orders for the year 2020 issued by the Prime Minister.
• Gasoline and diesel importation activities will continue as usual to ensure the uninterrupted availability of quality fuels to our clients

Maintaining Our Corporate Social Responsibility:

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, it is important that we all take responsibility and do our part to follow the instructions issued by the government to limit movement except for emergency cases. At TotalEnergies, we take this responsibility very seriously. We have been monitoring this public health emergency closely and have launched a local business continuity plan in order to adapt to the latest developments of COVID-19 in the country and operate accordingly.

 

We continue to monitor the current international and local developments for risks related to COVID-19, and are committed to following official decisions and recommendations to limit the spread of this disease.
